PalaBassano was founded in 1992 its only a few years it is called palabassano. The original name was palasport of Ca’Dolfin Way. The area is a strategic zone for Bassano del Grappa, on the south side, in the industrial zone easily reached by the duel carriage way Thiene-Bassano-Trento exit Bassano Sud.
It can contain maximum 3800 people of which 2500 seated.. It has single ticket entrance with two booths ( West Side Entrance) a large parking space in front and on the side of the building with a further enormous parking space near the local hospital a three minute walk away to the north East. There is also a reserved parking space for athletes and media with private entrance this also on the North East of the Building, Television companies have access to the building form a ramp on the east of the building the structure is equipped with an interview and conference hall, directors hall, bar,four dressing rooms for players, two independent dressing rooms for referees, gymnasium, and store room. Access to the playing area and dressing room is reserved.
The structure is utilized by five different sports, Hockey, Volleyball (serie A2 italiana), hockey in line, Basketball and five a side football.
